The organization is a youth-led social work initiative founded and managed by Leo youth, dedicated to serving communities in alignment with all service sectors recognized by Lions International. Its work focuses on women, youth, children, and the elderly, aiming to promote holistic development, social justice, and community well-being.
The organization is actively engaged in the health sector through preventive health programs, mental health awareness, and counseling services, with special emphasis on reaching underprivileged populations living beyond the Kathmandu Valley. Alongside health initiatives, it conducts training workshops, leadership development programs, and life-skills education to empower individuals and communities. Promoting civic sense, ethical values, and responsible citizenship remains a core component of all its interventions.
Collaboration is central to the organization’s approach. It works closely with various social work organizations, academic institutions, and community-based groups to strengthen outreach, share expertise, and ensure sustainable impact. The Board of Directors (BOD) comprises students from Social Work and Psychology backgrounds, whose academic grounding and field experience support evidence-based programming, particularly in counseling, psychosocial support, and community empowerment.
Guided by the service values of Leo and Lions International, the organization strives to uplift underprivileged communities, reduce social disparities, and foster long-term positive change across diverse sectors of society.
